Permissions for cape_kore

 A basic permissions post, nothing too fancy other than Nina Dobrev's face, which is always fancy. Katherine's a 536 year old vampire with some angry tendencies so I figured it was definitely best to make this one up.

Here are her general abilities:

Super Strength/Speed - She's stronger and faster than any normal human being, werewolves or younger vampire.

Emotional Control - She has the ability to turn off her emotions if she wants to.

Dream Manipulation - As a vampire, she can modify others' dreams by adding herself to them, editing the scenarios, bestowing nightmares or initiating a state of lucid dreaming.

Heightened Senses - Can hear conversations (even those that are whispered) from far away, see things in complete darkness and smell blood from a while away.

Mind Compulsion - Katherine can compel humans or werewolves that aren't taking vervain into doing or thinking whatever she likes. She can also alter memory.

Immortality - Vampires are immortally the age that they were turned, she'll remain eighteen unless she's killed by one of the following: werewolf bite, stake through the heart, decapitation, heart being ripped out, fire or exposure to sunlight without her necklace.

Healing - She heals quickly, being able to snap bones back into place if broken and will heal from any injury other than a werewolf bite very quickly. She can also heal others if she gives them her blood.

Immunity to Vervain - Katherine has been ingesting vervain in small doses since 1864 and so is immune to it.

Seeing as a werewolf bite could quite easily book her a slow death, she's not looking to make everyone aware of her vampire status, especially to the wolves around, but it's Katherine and her temperament has never been particularly calm. Regardless, I will of course talk to you OOC before having her pull any of her 'crazy bitch' stunts.
 

1. Can Katherine compel your character? (Compulsion is a kind of mind control that could allow her to implant thoughts/erase or create memories/have general control over another character).
2. Can she bite your character? (I doubt there are blood bags so Katherine's going to be hungry. Anyone who's up for being a permanent one you get a gold start and a cookie).
3. Could her blood heal your character? (Not that she'd bother unless she was getting something out of it, of course. But I imagine that vampire blood wouldn't work on angels, for example).
4. Is your character able to injure her? 
5. Is Katherine able to injure your character?
6. Could Katherine come and meddle with your dreams? (Which is always fun, we all know it's always fun).
7. Would she notice anything strange about your character? (Heightened senses such as smell/hearing/vision would mean she'd figure it out if you were a vampire/werewolf etc).

This is for Castiel, Kobra Kid and Ruby.
1. Ruby and KK, yes. Castiel, no.
2. Yes to all three, but whether angel blood does anything to her or not is up to you. Ruby's a werewolf and I can't remember what werewolf blood does to vampires in TVD, if anything.
3. Probably only KK and Ruby.
4. Castiel should be able to and Ruby's bite, as well.
5. Yes to all three, but hitting Cas is like hitting a brick wall in a lot of cases and any damage she does, he'll likely be able to heal and ignore.
6. Absolutely for KK and Ruby, though anything mental-ability-related with KK comes with a warning that his head is a jumbled, messed up place.
7. Ruby's a werewolf. Not so sure that she'd be able to tell that Cas isn't human, but if she can, she probably can't tell what he is.

3) Sure, but Jubes will be freaked.
4) I'm going to leave this up to you. Jubilee detonates matter on a subatomic level. So, yes, probably. :D

7) MUTANT! She might be able to tell that by smell. (Canon says mutants smell a bit different than normal humans.)

Brigid:

1) Sure.
2) Nope.
3) No.
4) Probably?
5) Yeeeep.

7) WEREWOLF. Teen wolf werewolf, to be exact, but werewolf.

4. LOL nope, unless slapping counts.

7. She has a dormant Time Lord consciousness in her mind. Not sure how noticeable that would be though. Probably noticeable if she's poking about in Donna's dreams.

Meg:
1. Nope, but she can try.
2. Go for it. Not sure what effect the blood of a human vessel mixed with demon blood would have on Katherine, but it's fun to find out.
3. Um... not sure.
4. Possibly, demons are pretty strong.
5. Her meatsuit is pretty squishy and fleshy so it can be damaged easily, but as for Meg, herself, unsure.
6. Meg doesn't need to sleep, but on the rare occasion that she does, feel free.
7. Meg is a demon.

Can Katherine compel your character? Can she attempt it? Yes. Will it work? Maybe. River's brain is a literal mess with pieces missing and there's still futuristic brain washing results battering around up there. As with everyone else whose characters have a mind control ability, I'll say that Katherine is more than welcome to try but the results will vary wildly each time.
Can she bite your character? She can. She shouldn't. River would try to kill her and since it's unclear whether or not she's been exposed to PAX in canon, I'd rather not spread her blood around in game.
Could her blood heal your character? Again maybe but not certain!
Is your character able to injure her? It's possible! It would probably depend in what weapons are at hand.
Is Katherine able to injure your character? Yes.
Could Katherine come and meddle with your dreams? Yes! Though she tends to have other people's dreams too.
Would she notice anything strange about your character? She's fairly human so nah.

2. Can she bite your character? She can! Whether or not she'll get permission is another story, but she has offered up vein gnawing rights to Conrad.

1. Katherine has about a fifty-fifty chance of compelling Mina. She's a very strong-willed vampire, but she has low blood potency.
2. She is more than welcome to, but in Mina's canon, if a vampire drinks the blood of another vampire, they become blood bound. Basically, any vampire who drinks Mina's blood becomes her thrall.
3. Nope!
4. I would say so.
5. Yup. Although Mina will put up one hell of a fight.
6. Unlikely, but possible. Just chat with me first.
7. Mina is a vampire. She is obviously a vampire. Her race of vampire has no pulse and she exudes a "predator's taint" which is apparent to other vampires.

1. Not for Raphael, not.
2. She can try, Raphael probably wouldn't allow her as he does take care of Donnie. But I'm opening to plotting if you want to!
3. Archangel so wouldn't work.
4. Yes, he'd be able to.
5. She can certainly try to. Hitting an angel is painful, like hitting a wall, and Raphael is one of the strongest. She probably wouldn't be able to do him much damage but she can resort to weapons and whatever!
6. He doesn't sleep.
7. I'd imagine Raphael smells off - Donnie's human, but there's no scent of sweat or body oils, not soap or toothpaste or laundry soap. He's human but sterile smelling. Raphael also tends to appear with the sound of faint thunder so he probably has a lightning-type smell attached. I'd imagine there's an "otherness" to him she can smell, but it's up to you, and up to you if she can figure it out.

1. Yes, to an extent. She can't erase memories, but she can have general control of him or implant thoughts.
2. Yes, but it might get interesting given he's not a human, but a Time Lord. Humans aren't able to handle Time Lord knowledge, I don't know how a vampire will, given his blood is different. It's up to you how that plays out.
3. Depends. Again, he's not human.
4. Other than maybe throwing a rock at her, he's pretty harmless. Or outwitting her.
5. Now that's not nice :(
6. He rarely sleeps, so I'm going to say no.

1. Can Katherine compel your character? Sure!
2. Can she bite your character? This would probably have to come at the end of a vicious fight, which I'm open to!
3. Could her blood heal your character? She could, yes.
4. Is your character able to injure her? Probs! He's really good at killing vampires.
5. Is Katherine able to injure your character? Oh definitely. He's just a really good fighter.
6. Could Katherine come and meddle with your dreams? Def.
7. Would she notice anything strange about your character? I don't think so. He's a run-of-the-mill human. If you're familiar with SPN and you think otherwise, I'm open to whatever. Dean's the guy whose life is easy to make miserable, unlike...

Bruce
1. Can Katherine compel your character? Probably not. Bruce (and the Hulk) is resistant to mind control. Anything she tries could work for a few seconds to a few minutes depending on how powerful she is/how hard she's trying, but it won't stick.
2. Can she bite your character? Bruce's blood is capable of turning other people into Hulk-like things (see: Abomination, The Leader, She-Hulk, and Stan Lee's cameo in The Incredible Hulk). She could feed off him, but it's very possible that his blood could make her into a hulkpire of some sort.
4. Is your character able to injure her? Bruce probably wouldn't, but the Hulk possibly can.
5. Is Katherine able to injure your character? As Bruce, sure. A fatal injury will result in an involuntary change into the Hulk. As the Hulk, probs not. In his comics canon, a group of superheroes decide to launch him into space because no one can deal with him...
6. Could Katherine come and meddle with your dreams? See: resistant to mind control. Depending on how powerful/how hard she's trying, either she couldn't get in at all or she'd be kicked out after a few seconds/minutes.
7. Would she notice anything strange about your character? She totally can if she wants! Like I said, Bruce's blood is wonky.

I have some questions for you! Is she cold like other vampires? Is there any way Dean could be able to read her/figure out what she is? If he's going to touch her in this thread and she's cold, he'll put two and two together pretty fast. (Same for Bruce, though he won't really care because he's aware of vampires already.)

Nope, she's human temperature as long as she's had blood. In this thread I think she'd be normal, if she went without it for a long time though she'd probably get pretty cold.

Can Katherine compel your character? Talk to me first before doing any of these, as altering Dilandau's mind might cause his alternate persona to break free. Memory erasure would definitely do that.

Can she bite your character? Yes, but be aware that Dilandau would feel incredibly violated due to childhood trauma involving lots of injections.

Could her blood heal your character? Yes

Is your character able to injure her? He's got a sword and he knows how to chop heads, but he only has human speed and strength.

Is Katherine able to injure your character? Yes

Could Katherine come and meddle with your dreams? It's dependant on how meddly it is, like with the mind commands. If she's seeing them, she could see anything that has to do with this persona, but all of his alternate persona's memories and dreams are inaccessible at the moment.

Would she notice anything strange about your character? His uniform has a faded smell of a liquid metal that doesn't exist on Earth.
